There are a variety of different ways to get in touch with ClickFunnels if you need help or support.

However, if you have a general or specific ClickFunnels question, this is the order I would follow to get your question answered in the shortest time possible.
As I mentioned, ClickFunnels has some of the absolute best help documentation that I’ve seen for any product or service, so I would start there.
They typically have very good step-by-step instructions along with an accompanying short video for pretty much any question you can think up.
Next, ClickFunnels has a very active and engaged Facebook group and community. So, if you’re still struggling to find an answer to your specific question in the help docs, I would join the Facebook group and post your question there.
You’ll usually get several responses in just a few minutes.
Next, if you still are not getting a clear answer to your question, I would reach out to their chat.
You can find their chat located in your ClickFunnels back office under the Help tab or by clicking the message icon on the bottom right hand side of the screen.

And then lastly, if you’ve gone through all these steps and you still haven’t figured out a solution to your question, it’s most likely that you have a really advanced question or are trying to figure out how to do something super specific or custom with ClickFunnels.
In this case, support is probably going to direct you to their marketplace of ClickFunnels Certified Partners. These are individuals who have gone through extensive training for the ClickFunnels platform and will be able to best help you with specific and custom solutions you are looking to create and achieve with ClickFunnels.
