Account Billing, located under the Account tab in your ClickFunnels back office, is where to go to manage your ClickFunnels subscription.
From here you can upgrade or downgrade your plan, put your account on pause or completely delete it.
One of the handiest features is the Accounts On Hold feature, which allows you to “pause” your account.
This is really useful if you either can’t afford your subscription at the moment or just aren’t actively using your account, but don’t want to lose all of your sales funnels and work.
The Accounts On Hold feature preserves all of your work until you’re ready to subscribe again as an active member.
Currently the Accounts On Hold feature doesn’t appear on the Billing page anymore, so if you’d like to put your account on hold, I would just shoot support a message and they should be able to help you with that.
Here is a short video that goes over the billing and subscription settings…
And if you haven’t already signed up for ClickFunnels, I want to let you know about a special offer that not a lot of people know exists…
